What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the account and deliver the Growth Kit:
- Account info. Your name and email address when you sign up, plus authentication and account settings.
- Business context. The setup answers you choose to provide about your business, customer, offer, and growth motion, plus the resulting Growth Score and audit results.
- Billing and support. Purchase records, credit balances, referral attribution, contact messages, and support-chat context needed to serve your account.
- Product analytics. First-party page, CTA, signup, checkout, and purchase events that help us understand product usage.
How we use it
- To create and display your Growth Score, audit, and recommended next actions.
- To authenticate your account and provide team, settings, billing, and credit features.
- To respond to support requests and send essential account or purchase emails.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the product.
What we do not do
- We do not require or store credentials for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other social accounts.
- We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not ask for passwords, one-time codes, or payment-card details in support chat.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help operate the product, including hosting and database services, the Polsia AI proxy for requested audit generation, the platform payment processor for purchases, and the Polsia email proxy for account and support messages. Providers receive only the information needed for the requested operation.
Analytics and your controls
First-party analytics use a visitor identifier and do not include passwords or arbitrary business-answer payloads. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by emailing us. We reply within one business day.
