These terms govern your use of GhostReel.AI, including Growth Kit setup and audits, accounts, teams, credits, billing, and support. No social-account connection is required to use the product.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Growth Kit provides business setup prompts, AI-assisted analysis, scores, and suggested next actions. It is decision support, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Review outputs before relying on them, and do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your business question.
You retain ownership of the business information and other content you submit. You give us the limited license needed to host, process, display, and analyze it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that content and for reviewing AI-generated output before using it.
Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right members and choosing what to share with them. Members must respect workspace confidentiality and may not use another member's information outside the workspace. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and business context are handled.
Current plans, prices, credit quantities, and validity periods appear on the Pricing page. Purchases are processed through hosted checkout. Credits are not a cash balance, do not auto-renew, and may expire as shown at purchase. Refund questions are reviewed under the applicable purchase terms and account history.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including Growth Kit analysis methods, to improve the service or address security and operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every suggested action will improve your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostReel.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
